Description: Elevated pedestrian decks in Santa Clara commercial building are resurfaced for safety and waterproofing

Problem: Deck surfaces used for employee breaks and as a viewing platform had faded and were due for resurfacing to avoid splits and eventual leaks.

Solution: The Sullivan Group was invited to bid, and we installed a waterproofing system to the deck by applying an oil-based membrane and a thin-based top coat, followed by a 10 mm grip for safety purposes.
