Description: 20-year Davlin Coating System applied over existing torch-down Capsheet roof on downtown Berkeley office building

Problem: When the roof began to leak, the building owner contacted the Sullivan Group. Our inspection revealed that the torch-down roof had reached the end of its life expectancy. Plus, the building was on a busy commercial street with difficult access.

Solution: We installed a coating system to extend the life of the existing roof membranes. A full tear-off was avoided in a difficult work location, and the life of the roof was extended for 20 years.
